Account and billing

Manage sign-in, billing, exports, and deletion requests.

Sign in

  1. Use your email and password.
  2. If Farmark asks for an email code, check the same inbox you used for the account.
  3. If the code does not arrive, check spam and request a new one.

Password

  1. Use the password reset link on the login page.
  2. Choose a password you do not use on other sites.

Billing

  1. Billing runs through Stripe.
  2. Use Billing in Settings to update your card, cancel, or reactivate.
  3. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid plan.

Data requests

  1. Email [email protected] for account export or deletion requests.
  2. Use the email address on the Farmark account.
