Farmark support
Account and billing
Manage sign-in, passkeys, billing, exports, and deletion requests.
Sign in
- Use your email and password.
- If Farmark asks for an email code, check the same inbox you used for the account.
- If the code does not arrive, check spam and request a new one.
- On devices you trust, Farmark may offer trusted-device or passkey sign-in after your account is verified.
Password and passkeys
- Use the password reset link on the login page.
- Choose a password you do not use on other sites.
- If you add a passkey, keep at least one device signed in or make sure you can still access your account email.
- Remove passkeys or trusted devices from Settings if a phone, tablet, or computer is lost or shared.
Billing
- Billing runs through Stripe.
- The trial is 14 days. After that, the current plan is $2.99/month unless you cancel.
- Use Billing in Settings to update your card, cancel, or reactivate.
- Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid plan.
Data requests
- Email privacy@farmarkapp.com for account export or deletion requests.
- Use the email address on the Farmark account.
