Family, billing, and privacy

Cancel anytime and manage billing

You manage billing where you subscribed: on the web with Stripe, in the App Store, or in Google Play.

Example Billing card on the web. Your dates will differ.

The plan

  • On the web: Free for 14 days. Card required, no charge today. $2.99/month. Each household gets one free trial.
  • In the App Store and Google Play: the store offers the 14-day trial if you are eligible, and shows its own local price before you confirm.

Good to know

Only the account owner can manage billing.

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in at home.farmarkapp.com as the account owner

  2. Open SettingsBilling

You will see the card called Farmark Monthly.

  3. Choose Manage Subscription

This opens secure billing from Stripe.

  4. Choose Cancel plan and follow the steps

Cancelling on the web takes effect at the end of your trial or your paid month, not right away. Until then you keep using Farmark, and Farmark does not charge you again.

After you schedule a cancellation, the Billing card tells you what happens next:

  • During your trial: Your trial is set to end on the date shown; you won’t be charged.
  • On a paid plan: Cancels on the date shown. Access remains until then. Your subscription will not renew.
  • In the Settings menu, the Billing row says Trial ends on the date shown, and you won’t be charged. For a paid plan, the Billing row says Cancels on the date shown.

Good to know

Farmark shows the date in your time zone. Stripe shows UTC, so Stripe can show the next day.

  • To undo a scheduled cancellation, open Manage Subscription again and use the Stripe page. Farmark has no separate Resume button.

Heads up

If you started your subscription on the web, manage it in a web browser. In the iPhone or Android app, Farmark says: This subscription was started on the web. Manage it from Farmark in a browser.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open SettingsBilling in Farmark and choose Manage in App Store. You can also cancel in your Apple Account under Subscriptions.

Cancel on Android

Open SettingsBilling in Farmark and choose Manage in Google Play.

Payment problems

  • If your payment fails, Billing says: Your payment needs attention. Update billing to keep using Farmark. On the web, choose Update Billing. In the App Store or Google Play, choose Fix Payment in App Store or Fix Payment in Google Play.
  • If Farmark says a store purchase is already linked to another family, don’t buy another subscription. Email hello@farmarkapp.com.

If your trial or plan has ended

  • If your trial has ended, Farmark says Keep Farmark running at home. and the button is Subscribe.
  • If you cancelled and the plan has ended, Farmark says Welcome back to Farmark. and the button is Reactivate Subscription.
  • If a payment failed, the button is Update Billing.
  • Only the account owner can subscribe again.

Restore a purchase on iPhone

Open SettingsBilling and choose Restore App Store Purchase. On the Start trial step, the button is Restore App Store purchase.

Refunds

  • Cancelling stops future charges and doesn’t refund past ones.
  • If you were charged by mistake or twice, email hello@farmarkapp.com and we’ll review it.
  • For App Store or Google Play purchases, request the refund from Apple or Google, since they handle those.

Deleting your account

Heads up

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store. An active web subscription is cancelled when we carry out the deletion.

See Privacy, data export, and deleting your account.
