Invite family and manage logins

Family members are the people on the calendar. Family logins are the people who can sign in.

Family members

SettingsFamily lists the people on your calendar. Each person gets a calendar color and column. You can have up to six people.

Give another adult a login

  1. The account owner opens SettingsAccount

  2. Under Family Login Access, type their Email address

  3. Choose Send Invite

  4. They open the email and follow the link

    The invite expires after 72 hours.

Good to know

Invited people can view and edit the family calendar. You can have up to five additional people, and invites that are still waiting count toward that limit.

Only the owner can

  • Manage billing.
  • Request account deletion.

Invite problems

  • If the email didn’t arrive or the link expired, choose Cancel Invite, then send a new invite.
  • To end someone’s access, choose Remove Access next to their email.
  • If you reached the limit, remove access before you send another invite.
