Troubleshooting

Try these quick fixes first.

Email verification did not continue

  1. Return to the Farmark tab and refresh.
  2. If the link says expired, request a new email.
  3. Check that you are using the newest email, not an older one.

Sign-in code did not arrive

  1. Check spam or junk.
  2. Wait a minute, then request a new code.
  3. Make sure you are checking the account email.

Events are missing

  1. Check that the right family member is selected.
  2. For iCal links, confirm the source calendar is still shared.
  3. For .ics uploads, upload a fresh file.
  4. Refresh the display.

Display looks stale

  1. Refresh the browser.
  2. Open Farmark from the Home Screen icon again.
  3. If it still looks old, sign out and pair the display again.
