Photo Schedule Import
Turn school flyers, sports screenshots, handouts, and appointment cards into editable calendar events.
Best uses
- School flyers, camp schedules, sports screenshots, tournament sheets, invitations, and appointment cards.
- Schedules that have clear dates and times but would be annoying to type by hand.
- One-time imports. Use calendar connections for feeds that update often.
Supported files
- Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image. A clear calendar screenshot works too.
- For HEIC, take a screenshot or save the image as JPG, PNG, or WebP.
- For a PDF, take a clear screenshot of the schedule page. PDF files are not supported yet.
How to import
- Open Farmark on your phone or computer.
- Choose Photo Schedule Import from the calendar import flow.
- Take or upload a clear photo of the schedule.
- Choose the family member when Farmark asks where the events should go.
- Review the event drafts before saving them to the family calendar.
Review before saving
- Check dates, times, titles, locations, and the assigned family member.
- Split or remove events that do not belong on the family calendar.
- Save only the events you want shown in Farmark.
- Retake the photo if the original is blurry, cropped, or has glare.
Failures, resume, and privacy
- If the source is unreadable or the provider fails, Farmark does not manufacture events. Retake the image or try an eligible recovery.
- Farmark does not persist the original photo or raw AI response. A temporary encrypted normalized review draft can remain for up to 24 hours.
- If an import looks wrong, email support from the Farmark account address. Do not send the schedule photo unless support specifically asks for it.
